Yes. We are licensed by the Department of Foreign Employment under the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar. Our licence certificate is displayed at the front desk and you are welcome to verify the number on the Department’s published list of licensed agencies.
For the first consultation, no — you can call or send your documents on WhatsApp. But the trade test, the employer interview, the medical examination and the orientation class all take place in the Kathmandu valley, so plan for at least two visits before departure.
You must be at least 18 years old for most destinations, and some employers and countries set a higher minimum for particular trades. Certain roles also have upper age limits set by the employer, usually between 45 and 50.
A Nepali passport valid for at least six months, your citizenship certificate, passport-size photographs on a white background, and any trade certificates or experience letters you hold. Technical certificates matter — they directly affect the grade and salary an employer will offer you.
Usually 30 to 60 days from selection to departure. The medical takes three to seven days, visa stamping depends on the destination embassy, and the labour permit is normally issued within a week of a complete file. Festival periods and destination-country holidays can extend this.
